A wonderful Day at the Forest Spa

Slow down and take your time: in total relax.

A day at the Forest Spa, our beautiful Spa near Merano, South Tyrol, is an opportunity to regenerate itself deeply in body and mind.
Every day, from 09:00 to 20:00, our Forest Spa and its 1,300 square meters totally dedicated to the wellness and relax are also open to external guests. Our indoor and outdoor 34° heated swimming pools, the finnish sauna, the Vitarium, the Steam Bath, the Kneipp path, the relax rooms and the Vital-Bar are at your disposal to make you live an unforgettable experience!

You can also add a special treat, like one of our Classic Treatment or an exclusive Forest Spa Signature Treatment, like a Cryo Crystal Massage made with energizing and balancing crystals on face or body. You can also choose a Massage with warm towels and locally grown herbs, a Foot Reflexology, a Hot Stone Massage, a Body Moisturising Wrap, or a manicure, a pedicure or a very effective facial or body treatments by our spa menu.

You can also participate in our "Active & Vital" Program, with many courses at your disposal (yoga, pilates, muscolar training, Aquagym ...).

And if you would like to start the day in a very special manner, you can book our special Josef`s Breakfast (additional payment applied) and join our delicious buffet with sweet and salty dishes.

If you would like to enjoy a drink or a meal during the day, our Josef Café & Bistro is welcoming you in its cosy atmosphere.
