Skiing until March in the Merano 2000 ski area
The Merano 2000 ski area offers a rich and exciting skiing experience: more than 40 km of perfectly groomed and sunny slopes - with a view of the Dolomites - in a place on a human scale, never too crowded and with numerous mountain huts renowned for their typical cuisine, where you can enjoy a relaxing break.
This new combination of "Ski & Relax" is fully enjoyed at the Josef Mountain Resor, located directly on the slopes and in front of the cable car that takes you in just 7 minutes to an altitude of 2,000 meters. Surrounded by woodland, the Josef is a place of total tranquility, where you can spend an active and relaxing holiday in direct contact with thw winter nature.
In addition to skiing, near the hotel you can enjoy cross-country skiing (3 km loop), ski touring (even at night, on Thursday and Friday evenings), snowboarding (in the Snowpark Merano 2000), sledding and snowshoeing.
Upon returning to the hotel, the Forest SPA is ready to delight its guests with over 1,300 square meters dedicated to wellness with two heated swimming pools (indoor and outdoor) with whirlpool areas, Forest Sauna in the woods (with a rich program of ventilation), Vitarium, turkish bath, relaxation rooms and panoramic fitness room. Finally, the SPA Menu offers a rich selection of massages, valuable ayurvedic treatments and face/body rituals based on natural products and 100% "Made in South Tyrol".

Finally, from 16 to 24.03.2019 the package "Skiing under the March sun" allows you to enjoy beautiful skiing under the warm sun that heralds the arrival of spring.
