We have worked intensively on further increasing the standards of security in our hotel to warrant the safest vacation.
Our Resort offers large spaces and is the ideal place for those seeking tranquillity in the midst of unspoiled nature.
We inform you that our pools and the Forest Spa are regularly open and at your disposal to the usual extent. Also, our restaurant services remain open and await you with a rich gastronomic offer.

In order to guarantee maximum safety to our guests, we require a certification of anti-Covid vaccination (valid after two weeks from the first dose) or a certificate of recovery from a Sars-CoV-2-infection, not older than 6 months, in accordance with Ordinance no. 39 of 24.12.21 issued by the President of the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, from the 30th december 2021.

In order to stay in our hotel it is necessary to have the certificate of vaccination or recovery for guests aged 12 and over, without this certification it is not allowed to stay in our hotel. 

Also, all our employees are regularly tested to guarantee more safety for our guests and for the whole staff.

Landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see, lush forests, blooming meadows, mountain cliffs that seem to touch the sky: all offer all the space you need to express yourself. Whether you want a relaxing break or active days, you are safe here with us.

  • All employees undergo the Covid test every week
  • Each employee has their temperature checked daily.
  • All employees are furnished with individual safety equipment required by law.
  • Our collaborators are constantly briefed and updated in detail.

  • In order to ensure maximum safety, you can only enter the buffet with a mask (provided by the hotel). Please use hand sanitizer before serving yourself at the buffet.
  • The minimum distance to be respected between people is 1 m, the same distance is set between the tables. This way you can be together without risk!
  • In-Room Breakfast: to meet the needs of those who think of breakfast as a moment to enjoy in privacy, we have introduced room service.

Rooms & common areas
  • Upon departure, the room is completely sanitized as per law by our cleaning staff. Therefore, the rooms are always ready to welcome you in complete safety!
  • A simple gesture like washing your hands is very important. For this reason, dispensers with disinfectant are found in all common areas.
  • In our structure, you can move freely. In internal and external common areas, simply maintain a minimum distance of 1 m between people or wear a mask.

Services for children and families

  • Our Kids Club will be open from 3 pm to 9 pm. The staff are ready to entertain our little guests safely by wearing the safety equipment required by law.
  • Playing continues to be the most fun activity! To ensure that it is also safe, we disinfect all the equipment and toys of the Kids Club.
  • Nature: we are lucky to be immersed in nature and to be surrounded by the beautiful mountains of Merano. This year our programme for children includes a series of outdoor activities.

The Forest Spa

  • Swimming in our heated indoor and outdoor pools is a guaranteed pleasure! Kindly maintain the safety distance.
  • You can completely relax with our massages and treatments that will be carried out according to the hygiene measures mandated by law.
  • The use of saunas and the Kneipp path is allowed by reservation only and by people who are staying together or from the same family.

General measures mandated by of South Tyrol
  • In public places outdoors and indoors, the minimum interpersonal distance of 1 m must be maintained. When this is not possible, the mouth and nose should be covered with a mask or equivalent.
  • We recommended you wash your hands frequently and to bring a special disinfectant with you.
  • Outdoor sports activities can be carried out respecting a distance of 1 m from other people; when not possible, respiratory protection should be worn
