Our Forest Spa is open every day from 10.00 to 20.00. Being a haven where peace and tranquillity reign, please contribute to the atmosphere and avoid using cell phones and cameras. All areas of our Spa are non-smoking.
Reservations
We recommend booking specific treatments in advance and letting us know if you would prefer a massage with a therapist or a masseuse. We are pleased to receive your reservations at the Telephone Number +39 0473 279 630 or via E-Mail: forestspa@josef.bz.
Delays and cancellations
Please understand that the late arrival at the session may result in a decrease in the duration of your treatment for which the full amount must still be paid. Please inform us of any cancellations at least 24 hours before the treatment has been scheduled. Last minute cancellations will be charged at 70%.
Enjoy your treatments in peace
To get the maximum benefits from your treatments, we recommend you arrive at the Spa 10 minutes before the scheduled time of your booking.
Clothing
Please access the Spa with bathrobe and slippers provided.
We advise you to leave your valuables in the safe in your room.
Saunas
No swimwear in the sauna: please, use a towel.
The entrance to our sauna is allowed to Persons age 16 years.
